friendly staff tidy room amazing bathtub poor insulation low pressure inadequate pressure
The staff was super friendly. They even sorted out a different room for us as we arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready. Everything was very tidy. The bathtub in the bathroom was AMAZING!
Sound insulation was not great. I could hear the alarm clock ringing in the next room. there wasn't enough water pressure coming from the shower in our room. It did NOT meet my expectations.

amazing central stay
central location helpful staff clean room
The location was unbeatable. i walked to major attractions very easily. the staff was friendly and helpful. They stored my bags after checkout. the room was modern and clean.
the walls seemed quite thin. i could hear noise from other rooms at times. it was a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast service happens right on the hotel. This is very convenient. there was a nice selection of pastries available. I also saw cured meats and cheeses. i noticed juice, tea, and coffee were options for drinks.

the people at the front desk were really kind. they helped me store my bags after i checked out. they even gave me directions. wilis stood out with super helpful support.
